"The Painting".
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
have target opponent gain control of target
permanent you control. If you do, you may draw 2
cards and gain 2 life. That permanent gains: "This permanent cannot be sacrificed."
Whenever an opponent controls 2 or more
permanents they don't own, detain one of those permanents and create a treasure token.
