When an instant or sorcery spell is cast from a
players hand. Imprint that card to Bass, Ultimate
Navi and gets +1/+1 for each imprinted card.
{p/b}{p/b}{x}{t}: Deal x dammage to target creature.
Access dammage goes to the controling player,
also you may cast an imprinted card with x or less
with out paying its mana cost.
