Bathing in Riches

At the beginning of upkeep, if you're at your
apogee, create two Treasure tokens. Otherwise,
create one of those tokens. (As long as you control
the most permanents among all players, you're at your apogee.)
Sacrifice five Treasures: If you're the monarch,
create a token that's a copy of Bathing in Riches. Otherwise, you become the monarch.
