Everytime an opponent cast a creature spell, the
owner may pay {1}, if he doesn't, Caitlyn deal 3
damages to that creature.
Everytime an opponent play a land, put a trap
counter on it. If a land with a trap counter
become tapped, remove the counter and Caitlyn
do 3 damages to that land owner.
