Battle-Cry Enthusiast

Battle-Cry Enthusiast enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each creature you control with an ability that would trigger when that creature enters the battlefield.
When Battle-Cry Enthusiast dies, exile all creatures you control, then return them to the battlefield under their owner's control.
