Battle for the Ages

Two target players clash. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of his or her library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if his or her card had a higher converted mana cost.) The winner of that clash may put a permanent card from their hand onto the battlefield, then they may search their library for a permanent card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle their deck, then put a permanent card from their graveyard onto the battlefield.
