Battlefield Transporter

When Battlefield Transporter comes into play
you may put a creature card into the battlefield
with X Turn Counters on it,Where X is the
creatures converted mana cost.
•Creature cannot block or attack and loses all abilities
if the creature has any time counters on it.
•At the end of your end step remove a
time counter off of target creature.
