Bayonet

The bayonet was a very commonly
used attachment of choice for
soldiers enlisted in the Civil
War. You would take the
bayonet, and attach it to the tip
of your musket. This was very
helpful during the battles of the
Civil War because it could be used
for close-ranged combat.
