Enchanted player gets a half turn after every player
except themselves and the one to their right. (At
the start of a half turn, you may draw a card
or untap your permanents, not both.)
When enchanted player loses, each player who
defeated them wins. (A player defeats another
when they cast a spell or control a permanent that
causes them to take fatal damage, fatal poison,
fatal draw, or causes them to "lose the game.")
