You may look at the top 5 cards of your library
and place them back on top of your library in
any order at anytime.
You may play lands and cast spells from the
top 5 cards of your library.
Once per turn you may cast a spell without
paying its mana cost, if it is a sorcery or instant
card you may copy that spell up to three times
and choose new targets for those spells.
