Behavior Chart
When Behavior Chart enters the battlefield, if this is the first
time an artifact named Behavior Chart has entered the battlefield,
each player gets ten behavior counters.
Whenever a player causes another player to gain life, draw cards,
or get permanents, that player gets a behavior counter.
Whenever a player causes another player to lose life, mill or
discard cards, or lose permanents, that player loses a behavior
counter.
A player with no behavior counters loses the game.
