When you cast Being of Blood, you may pay X life. Being of Blood enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever Being of Blood deals combat damage to a player, put X +1/+1 counters on it where X is the players life total after the damage is dealt.
Pay X life: Remove X +1/+1 counters from Being of Blood. Any player may activate this ability.
