Whenever another Imp you control deals combat
damage to another player you may put a bid
token on target non-land permanent they control.
Whenever a card with a bid counter on it is put
into the graveyard or exile, you may bid life.
In turn order, each player may top the high bid.
The bidding ends if the high bid stands.
The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid
and returns that card to the battlefield
under their control.
