Whenever a creature attacks you and/or a planeswalker you control, you lose a tactic counter.
{t}: Scry X, where X is the number of tactic
counters you have. Then, put a +1/+1 counter
on Belegor and draw cards equal to its power. Activate this ability only as a sorcery only
once each turn.
