As long as Belgoriah The Destroyer is on the battlefield, all players must play with their libraries flipped upside down and draw from the bottom of their libraries.
{3}{r}{r}{r}: Shuffle all creatures other then this card into their owners libraries, then each player reveals from the bottom of their library until they reveal the number of creatures they shuffled into their library this way. Put those creatures onto each owners battlefield, put the rest on top of the library in a random order.
