Belt of Potion Proficiency

• Holds up to 6 potions at any given time.
• Wielder may use any potion from the belt
as a bonus action in any way (including attacking with a thrown potion, using a
potion on oneself or another character.)
•When throwing a potion from this belt, the wielder adds proficiency bonus to
that attack roll.
