Bemused Artifactor

When Bemused Artifactor comes into play, name
an artifact card. Throw the cards in your hand at
least 3 feet up into the air. If the card you named
lands face-up you may play it for free. Return all
other thrown cards to your hand.
{2}: If you just played an artifact, search outside
the game for a card you own named Tinker and
put it into your hand. It gains "You may play this
card despite rules about it being banned or
