At the beginning of your upkeep, if you did not
attack an opponent, that opponent may gift you a
1/1 white soldier creature token with "This
creature cannot attack it's owner." (The opponent
who gifted it to you.)

Whenever you cast an instant, sorcery or artifact
spell you may gift any number of opponents a
treasure token. If you do, they each gift you a 1/1
white soldier creature token with "This creature
cannot attack it's owner."
