Legendary spells can't be countered.

At the beginning of your upkeep, investigate. Then
if you control three or more clue tokens, look at the
top card of your library. If its a land, put it onto the battlefield. If its a nonland card, plot it.

{u}{g}: Target non-creature artifact you control
becomes a 3/1 artifact creature with trample until
end of turn.
