When Bernie Sanders enters the battlefield,
remove all +1/+1 counters from all creatures and remove all counters from all artifacts. Then,
choose one:
• For each +1/+1 counter removed from
creatures, distribute a +1/+1 counter among your creatures.
• For each counter removed from an artifact, distribute a -1/-1 counter among chosen
opponent's creatures.
