Whenever Berov attacks, blocks, or leaves the battlefield, each player loses life
equal to the number of Hit Counters they have.
When a player is dealt damage by Berov,
they gain that many Hit Counters.
When a creature dies that was dealt
damage by Berov this turn, exile it instead. Its controller gains a Hit Counter.
