The Fallen Necromancer

When the Fallen Necromancer enters the
battlefield choose 3 creature types.
Whenever a creature with one or more of
the chosen types deals damage to a player,
return target creature card with converted
mana cost 3 or less from your graveyard to
the battlefield tapped.
