At the beginning each player's upkeep, he or she sacrifices a creature, a land, an enchantment, and an artifact, then he or she discards a card at random, then he or she removes a loyalty counter from each planeswalker he or she controls, then he or she gets a poison counter. (A player with ten or more poison counters loses the game.)
