Besieged Walls

Players can't draw a card except the first one
they draw in each of their draw steps.
Spells can't cause players to discard cards.
Whenever one or more creatures deal combat
damage to a player, that player discards a card.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if a player has
no cards in hand, they lose the game.
