blocks, it deals damage equal to its power to each
non-attacking and non-blocking creature the
attacking or defending player controls.

Whenever a player expend 4 during their turn,
Betelgeuse deals damage equal to its power to that
player or target planeswalker that player controls. If
that player is you, put a +1/+1 counter on
Betelgeuse.
