Between the Moon and the Sea

When this enchantment enters the battlefield, exile up to two target creatures with Moon counters on them. For each creature exiled this way, you may search your library for an enchantment card and cast it with a Sea counter on it.

Any player may pay {4} to remove a Moon counter from a creature. If they do, you must sacrifice a card with a sea counter on it.
