Bewilderbeast's Decree

Each player chooses a creature type they control.
All creatures of the chosen type gain haste until
the controllers next end step and attack if able.
All creatures of the chosen type that are tapped
and have attacked are sacrificed at the controllers
next end step. Exile this card afterwards.
No matter who you are, when the Bewilderbeast
roars, you listen.
