Beyond the Ideal Self

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, exile the top
card of that player's library. You may look at and
cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and
you may spend mana as though it were mana of
any type to cast that spell.
Whenever you cast a spell you don't own, search
your library for a basic land card, and put it onto
the battlefield tapped. Then shuffle your library.
