Bide Your Time

When Bide your time enters the battlefield, end the turn. Skip your next 3
turns. Whenever a turn is skipped, put a time counter on Bide Your Time.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if your last turn was skipped, and Bide Your time has 3 or more time counters on it, you win the game.
