Big Red Balloon
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. A wielder attuned to this festive weapon feels as light as air. The user may cast jump and feather-fall at will. In addition, on a successful attack with this weapon, the user may expend a charge to cast levitate on the targeted creature. (a wielder may also cast levitate on themselves as an action) The mace has a maximum of 4 charges, and regains 1d4 charges on a long rest. Any creature with a piercing weapon may make an attack roll contested by the user’s athletics or acrobatic to attempt to disarm the wielder. On a successful disarm, every creature in a 20 ft radius takes 3d10 thunder damage (or half with a successful constitution save) and the Big Red Balloon is destroyed.
