Big Shoots

Whenever a counter is added or removed from a creature you control, roll a D20:
1-10 | If counters would be added to a creature
you control, you gain that much life instead. If counters would be removed from a creature you control, you lose that much life.
11-19 | Draw the bottom two cards of your library
and add them to your hand
D20 | Each player discards their hand and draws
7 cards.
