as defending player is above 18 life.
Bilbo Baggins cannot be exiled.
Bilbo Baggins enters the battlefield with power and toughness equal to the number of cards in all hands,
and the number of permanents on the battlefield, respectively. This number doesn't change afterwards.
When Bilbo deals combat damage to a player, you
may put a legendary wizard or dwarf creature from
your hand onto the battlefield.
