Whenever a player casts a spell they flip a coin. If they win the flip, copy that spell. If they lose the flip, randomly choose new targets for it or counter it. (Randomly select
new targets by rolling a die equal to the number of creatures there are. If there is not a die equal to the number of creatures, use the closest one and roll until you get a new target)
