At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player creates a Food token.

Whenever a player sacrifices a Food, you may put a
+1/+1 counter on up to one target creature

If Bill Potts would be destroyed, instead remove all
damage from it and transform it.

Doctor's Companion (you can have two
commanders if the other is the Doctor.)
