Whenever a non-token creature an opponent controls dies, an opponent discards a creature card,
or an opponent draws their second card on their turn, you may pay {b/r}{u/r}. If you do, put a Buzz counter on Billard.
Billard get +1/+1 for each Buzz counter on him. At the start of combat on your turn, if Billard has 10 or more Buzz counters, sacrifice him and deal damage equal to his power to target player.
