Whenever Billport Mottley attacks, mill two cards.
Then exile your graveyard. For each card exiled this
way, Billport Mottley deals damage to target
creature defending player controls equal to its power.
Any excess damage that would be dealt to that
creature is dealt to its controller instead. If that player controls no creatures, Billport Mottley instead deals
damage to the defending player equal to its power.
