Binary Reality

Changes to the battlefield, except for tapping and untapping of permanents, occur only at the end of each turn.
(All effects and changes to permanents on the battlefield including leaving, entering, changing zone, damage marked during combat, destruction, exile, change in power/toughness, change in number of counters, and changes in card type, occur simultaneously, at the end of the turn. Creatures may still only attack and block once, and Planeswalkers may still only use 1 ability per turn.)
