Bind the Bondsmage

Counter target spell. Search its controller's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as that spell and exile them. That player shuffles, then draws a card for each card exiled from hand this way.
"What will we do with him?" Jean asked. "We can't kill him. If we did, the Bondsmagi would burn the world down to find us."
"Then we won't kill him," Locke said. "But a Bondsmage can't cast spells without their fingers or tongue."
