Binding Banishment

When Binding Banishment enters the battlefield,
exile all creatures.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
you may cast a creature card with lesser
converted mana cost than the cast spell exiled
with Binding Banishment without paying its
mana cost.
The greatest courage is sometimes knowing when
to retire.
