Verbal Agreement — As this enchantment enters
make a verbal agreement with target willing player. When a player within the agreement breaks any agreed upon conditions set upon them, that player loses X life where X is the total amount of
mana generated by all players within the agreement after this enchantment was cast, then Binding Vow sacrifices itself.
