At the beginning of your upkeep, create a
1/1 blue Bird creature token with flying
and "This creature can block only creatures
with flying." If you control two or more
Food, create two of those tokens instead.
Then, if you control four or more Bird tokens, sacrifice a Food. If you don't, you
lose 2 life.
