Biscuitroots

Many species of the genus Lomantium
The Corps of Discovery remarked most upon
the cous species of biscuitroots, but many
different species were used as a foodsource in
Native American cultures, and it's likely the
shapellel bread they so enjoyed was made from a
variety of biscuitroots.
