Bishop (Earth-295)

Energy Conversion: Bishop starts play with 3
energy counters attached. For each attached
energy counter he gains +1/+1. When Bishop
attacks or blocks remove an energy counter.
Energy Absorption: If Bishop blocks a creature
and is not destroyed place a energy counter on
him.
Bishop would retain his some of his original memories
when Earth-295 was created.
