Counter every spell that targets
Kira, Yoshikage this turn and every time a
card was countered this way, the opponent's
turn returns to the upkeep phase.
At the beginning of each upkeep for the rest
of the turn, that player sacrifices a creature.
"No one is allowed to know the identity of Yoshikage Kira."
