At the beginning of your end step put a bomb
counter on target creature that you do not
control.
Once per turn you may pay {r}{r}, if you
do, deal damage equal to the amount of bomb
counters to target creature without a
bomb counter.
If a creature with a bomb counter would die Bites
The Dust deals 3 damage to that creatures controller.
