Black Caesar

Whenever Black Caesar deals combat damage to
a player, untap each creature you control. After
this combat phase, there is an additional combat
phase. Black Caesar can't attack a player it has
already attacked this turn.
Captured as a slave, freed by a shipwreck, Black
Caesar would eventually command a pirate fleet
and become the terror of the Florida Keys.
