make a melee attack with it. On hit, the target
suffers normal effects and is sheathed in black
flames until your next turn. If it willingly moves
5 feet or more, it takes 1d8 psychic damage, and
the spell ends. At 5th level, the attack deals an
extra 1d8 fire damage and the psychic damage
increases to 2d8. Both rolls increase at 11th level
