Black Hole

Black Hole enters the battlefield with X charge
counters on it.
At the beggining jf your unkeep, each player
exiles a permament they control other than
Black Hole for each charge counter on Black
Hole. Put that much charge counters on it.
At the beggining of your end step, remove a
charge counter from Black Hole. If there are
no charge counters, sacrify it.
