Whenever a player casts a dream, eradicate target tapped creature. If there are no tapped creatures,
tap all creatures. (Abilities that prevent destruction
do not prevent target creature from being destroyed.)
If Black Lich, the Ulitmatum, would be put into
the graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its
owners library instead.
