Whenever Black Mage enters the battlefield
destroy target non-black non-artifact creature. It
can't be regenerated.
{2}{b} or {4}: Active player chooses a creature card
from their graveyard and puts it into their hand.
Then that player mills 2 cards. Any player may
activate this ability.
